The significance of publishing at Exeter is measured in the service it provides to the academic community worldwide. Our aim is to enhance the University’s academic reputation by associating its name with successful international publishing. Exeter’s main subject areas are medieval studies, classical studies, European literature, history, film history, performance studies, archaeology, landscape history and south-west studies.

Most of UEP’s titles are available in North America at US dollar prices through The David Brown Book Company, the North American office of Oxbow Books. For further details, see the representation list.

Secure ordering service
University of Exeter Press titles can be securely ordered online using the order links by the side of each title's bibliographic information. The links invisibly transfer the details of selected titles to NBN International, our distributor. The system uses an encryption device to secure the safe transfer of your credit card details when you come to place your order online.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that, unless otherwise stated, postage will be charged as follows:

UK: Ł3.00 for the first book; Ł1.00 for subsequent books.

Europe (airmail): Ł4.00 for the first book; Ł1.00 for subsequent books.

Ouside UK and Europe (surface): Ł4.00 for the first book; Ł1.00 for subsequent books. (Airmail charged at cost).
